UNLOADING EQUIPMENT
If you have rented the Cyc Studio and need to unload gear, you can pull around to the rear of the building to load/unload any equipment through our back door.

RENTABLE EQUIPMENT
If you need additional equipment, ask our studio rep for a list of available equipment. Lighting, Camera Bodies, Lenses, Stands, G&E are all available in house for rent. If more is needed for larger operations, we do have a partnership with Department Blue Rental House and can have items delivered directly to the door for your production day.

STUDIO RULES

STUDIO USE: Lessee and Lessee's employees, agents, contractors, and invitees agree to be present at all times during the duration of the Studio rental.

SMOKING/INCENSE/FLAMES: Per Village at Waterside Shopping Centerlease agreement SMOKING (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed anywhere in the building. Smoking is allowed only in Landlord-designated smoking areas, and no less than twenty-five (25) feet from all entrances, public walkways, the building's outdoor airintakes or operable windows. Fog Machines are allowed. Sprinklers are activated via heat, not smoke.

GAFF TAPE: Please only use gaff tape on cyc floor. Using it on the gray floor(operating space) will peel up the floor coating and you will be charged forthe additional cleaning fee. You can use the overthe floor covers for covering cables if needed.

PROPS: Props are welcome in 148 Films, LLC. Props should be constructed in such a way that they can be moved in and out of the Studio through a single-wide standard (34” wide x 82” tall) doorway ONLY via the rear of the building. Props should not cause any damage to the Studio and should be freestanding, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with Studio management.

148 STUDIOS FURNITURE: All studio furniture willremain in place and should not be relocated to the cyc wall studio floorfor photo or video projects.

TRASH: Please clean up all trash after yourrental. There are trash cans throughout the Studio. Any large trash deposits or cardboard containers that do not fit can be taken to the dumpster outside the rear of the building to the right.

GLITTER/CONFETTI: No glitter will be allowed in the Studio at any time. Confetti larger than a quarteris allowed.

PETS: Well-behaved pets are allowed in the Studio for on-camera/talent purposes only.

STORAGE: Lessee may not leave any equipment, costumes, props, or personal belongings anywhere in the Studio. If needed, you can rent an additional storage containerthat can be housed in the parking lot.

EMERGENCIES: For any urgent issue that might compromise the structure or safety of the studio orthe building, please call the 148 Films, LLC contact at 423-716-2142. For accidents, health crises, criminal activities, or fire, immediately call 911. When it is safe for you to do so, please update the 148 Films, LLC contact via call/text above. A First Aid Kit is located underthe sink in the Kitchenette.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS: No one will be allowed access to the Studio who is drunk or under the influence of any substance.

HOUSEKEEPING: Lessee assumes responsibility forreturning the Studio to a good state before leaving. Trash and litter must be removed.

FUTURE POLICY CHANGES: 148 Films, LLC reserves the right to amend or modify these Studio Rules at any time to reflect the needs and concerns of the Studio.
